PICKAWAY COUNTY, OH — A well-known local contractor and former Pastor of Pathway Apostolic Church has been indicted on nearly two dozen charges related to child sex crimes that allegedly occurred over several years at his Pickaway County residence. He is currently serving as the Pastor of New Direction Church, which has been active since March. Their Facebook page can be found here: New Direction Church. The church is located at 2000 Parsons Ave, Columbus, OH 43207.

Dominic Foor, 39, owner of Foor U Construction, is facing 23 charges including:
- 11 counts of sexual battery
- 6 counts of unlawful sexual contact with a minor
- 6 counts of importuning
According to court documents, the charges involve two children who were under Foor’s guardianship and between the ages of 12 and 15 at the time of the alleged offenses. The abuse is reported to have taken place over an extended period inside his home.

Foor, whose business has operated across Central Ohio for the past eight years, was taken into custody following an investigation led by local authorities.
The Pickaway County court system has requested a $250,000 bond, with conditions that Foor remain within the state and have no contact with the victims. His wife filed for divorce against Foor in April with restraining orders against him.
As of Tuesday, the investigation is ongoing, and further legal proceedings are expected in the coming weeks.
