ASHVILLE, OH – The village of Ashville is set to host its annual 4th of July Festival from Monday, June 30, to Friday, July 4, 2025, offering a five-day celebration of independence, with details released at 3:15 PM EDT on Thursday, June 26, 2025. The event promises a mix of traditional festivities, including a renowned fish fry featuring over 2,500 pounds of perch, free entertainment, daily ride specials, midway food, a grand parade, and a spectacular fireworks display, making Ashville the place to be this holiday weekend.
All contests and entertainment will unfold on the Savings Bank Stage. The festival kicks off on June 30 with the midway and fish stand opening at 5:00 p.m., alongside a ride band special running until close. Rob Adams will perform at 5:00 p.m., followed by the Opening Night/Contestants’ Parade at 7:00 p.m. and the Little Miss & Mr. Contest at 8:00 p.m., featuring the 2025 Distinguished Woman of the Year Award presentation by the Ashville Women’s Civic Club.
On July 1, the midway and fish stand reopen at 5:00 p.m., with Ben Davis Jr. entertaining at 5:00 p.m. and the Miss Ashville 4th of July Contest at 7:00 p.m., including the 2025 Distinguished Service Award by the Ashville Community Men’s Club. July 2 features the baby contest registration at 5:00 p.m., judging at 6:00 p.m., and entertainment TBD at 8:00 p.m. On July 3, Will Freed performs at 6:00 p.m., followed by the RED WHITE & ROCK event with Pettibone’s 40th Anniversary Show and Freed as a special guest at 8:00 p.m.
