OhioHealth has added a new obstetrician/gynecologist to its physician group practices in Circleville and Chillicothe. Kayla Boleratz, DO, recently joined OhioHealth Physician Group Obstetrics and Gynecology, where she will provide care for women at all stages of life.
Dr. Boleratz completed medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, before completing her OB/GYN residency at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo. She has a special interest in adolescent health, maternal mental health, and family planning.
A small-town native herself, Dr. Boleratz said she was drawn to Circleville and Chillicothe because of the opportunity to serve rural communities.
She will join established physicians David Goldfarb, MD, Carolyn Yost, DO and Sukhmit Kaur, MD at OhioHealth Physician Group Obstetrics and Gynecology. Together, the team provides comprehensive women’s health services, from routine gynecologic care to prenatal, delivery and postpartum care.
OhioHealth leaders said Dr. Boleratz’s addition reflects the health system’s commitment to expanding access to care in communities across the region.
