
CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio (March 19, 2026) — A disturbance call in Circleville led to a significant drug seizure and multiple felony charges after police took a suspect into custody and executed a search warrant at a residence.
According to the Circleville Police Department, officers responded to a reported disturbance near Pearl Avenue and South Pickaway Street. Upon arrival, one suspect fled the scene on foot but was quickly apprehended by officers.

During the arrest, officers located suspected narcotics on the individual, which prompted further investigation and the issuance of a search warrant for the residence.
Police say the subsequent search uncovered approximately 114.82 grams of suspected narcotics, along with 31 individually wrapped foil packets believed to contain drugs.
The primary suspect Nasir Crockett, 18 now faces multiple charges, including Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (F1), Aggravated Possession of a Controlled Substance (F2), Vandalism (F5), Endangering Children (M1), and Obstructing Official Business (M2).
Additionally, the resident of the home Harvey Weimer, 58 has been charged with Complicity (F1) and Possession of a Controlled Substance (F5).
Authorities say more charges could be filed pending laboratory analysis of the substances and review by the Pickaway County Prosecutor’s Office.
The investigation remains ongoing.
