CIRCLEVILLE, OH — Shoppers in Circleville will soon have two new retail destinations to look forward to. Officials have confirmed that Marshalls and Five Below are coming to town, with construction already underway near the Adena Health complex on South Court Street in Circleville.
According to the Pickaway County Building Department, the development—located just west of Adena—is slated to include both national retail chains, with plans for a 2026 opening.
Early speculation suggested the project might house a T.J. Maxx, since both Marshalls and T.J. Maxx operate under the same parent company, TJX Companies, but final documents confirm it will indeed be a Marshalls store.
The addition of Marshalls and Five Below marks another major retail expansion for Circleville, signaling continued economic growth and new shopping options for local residents.
More details about the stores’ sizes, hiring plans, and opening dates are expected to be announced in the coming months.
