CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — After more than three months of renovations, Kroger’s Circleville location at 175 Lancaster Pike is ready to show off its $1.5 million makeover. The store will celebrate its grand re-opening on Friday, August 15, with special sales, food samples, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The event kicks off at 10 a.m., with store leaders inviting the community to tour the updated aisles and explore improvements, including refreshed deli and meat & seafood departments, new interior décor, and upgraded island cases.
“We’re inviting the entire Circleville community to join us and experience their all-new and improved store this August,” said Sean Looney, Circleville Kroger store leader. “Shoppers will find fresh updates and expanded selections with the same welcoming atmosphere their Kroger store is known for.”
To sweeten the celebration, customers who use their Kroger Plus Card at the Lancaster Pike Kroger Fuel Center from August 15–17 will enjoy an extra 20 cents per gallon discount.
The 70,863-square-foot store employs 152 associates and operates from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Pharmacy hours are weekdays 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Representatives will be available for store tours and interviews from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on August 15.
Kroger’s Columbus Division operates 114 stores in Ohio, Michigan, and West Virginia, employing around 18,000 people. In 2024, the division donated more than $5 million in food and funds to fight hunger and support communities.
