GALLOWAY, OH — Kroger will celebrate the grand re-opening of its newly remodeled Galloway store at 5800 West Broad Street on Friday, May 30, 2025, following nearly four months of renovations, as announced on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM EDT. The $1.1 million project brings a refreshed shopping experience, and the public is invited to explore updates, sample food, and enjoy special offers during the event.
The 80,440-square-foot store now boasts an expanded grocery selection, an upgraded Murray’s Cheese section, new cases throughout, and a revamped floral department. “We’re excited to invite our Galloway shoppers to experience their all-new and improved store,” said Josh Rostorfer, store leader, expressing gratitude for the community’s patience during the renovation. To mark the occasion, customers using their Kroger Plus card at the West Broad Street Kroger Fuel Center from May 30 to June 1 will receive an additional 20 cents per gallon discount on fuel.
The celebration includes a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:00 AM, with store tours and interviews available from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
