KINGSTON, OH (May 2, 2025) — A lucky Ohio Lottery player is celebrating a major win after purchasing a $50 VIP Millions scratch-off ticket worth $20,000.
The winning ticket was sold at Kingston Village Express, located at 57 S. Main St. in Kingston. After required state and federal tax withholdings of 28%, the winner will take home approximately $14,400.
VIP Millions is one of the Ohio Lottery’s premier $50 scratch-off games, boasting a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of May 2, there are still 38 top prizes remaining.
