CIRCLEVILLE, OH – Health Care Logistics® (HCL®) has announced the purchase of a new manufacturing plant in Circleville, marking a significant step in expanding its production operations. The company acquired the former RCA building at 156 Circle Lane, located just half a mile from its World Headquarters, with the deal closing last week.

HCL® President Bethany Reid expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “The building has great bones, but it’s going to take some serious elbow grease to get it ready for our people.” Over the next six to nine months, the company will undertake extensive renovations, including painting, roofing, floor preparation, and new office construction, to meet its high operational standards.

Reid highlighted the company’s experience with revitalizing old facilities, noting that its current headquarters once housed a Coca-Cola plant. “We’re excited to continue to breathe manufacturing life back into the south side of Circleville,” she said. The transition will see HCL®’s Metals, Plastics, and Cabinet divisions—currently employing about 50 workers in Grove City and Urbancrest—move to the new plant over the next 12 to 18 months, with plans to double the workforce in the next five to 10 years.

The facility has a total space of 167,600 sq. ft. This property is under the City of Circleville TIF at 75% Earning around 19,000 dollars for local schools, medical, and parks.

The move includes substantial investments in new equipment to enhance capabilities and productivity. This acquisition underscores HCL®’s commitment to smart, sustainable growth and supporting American manufacturing in Pickaway County.
