GROVE CITY, Ohio – A brand-new, weather-proof playground has arrived in Grove City. Kidz Sandbox Station, located at 3454 Grant Avenue, officially opened its doors soon, bringing the joy of sand play indoors for kids 8 and under.
The 100% indoor facility features two giant sand pits filled with soft, non-toxic, regularly sanitized sand, plus more than 100 construction-themed toys, treasure-hunt zones, and imaginative play areas where little ones can dig, build castles, bury treasures, or just scoop and pour to their hearts’ content.
No sunblock needed, no muddy shoes, and no worrying about rain or freezing temperatures. Local Business owner created a safe, clean space where kids can experience the magic of sandbox play all year round while parents actually get to relax.
Parents and caregivers get comfortable seating with clear views of the play areas, free Wi-Fi, and a family-friendly vibe. Two adults per family are admitted free with each paid child. Open Play Pricing (children 8 & under)
- 1 child: $10/hour | $18 for 2 hours
- Each additional sibling: $8/hour | $16 for 2 hours
- Families with 3+ kids pay even lower per-child rates
- Additional adults: $5 each
Birthday Parties & Private Events: The venue is already booking up for birthdays. The private party package ($200 base) includes:
- 2 full hours (1 hour private sand play + 1 hour in dedicated party room)
- Up to 8 children ($15 each additional, max 12)
- Construction-themed table setup and hard hats for every guest
- Bring your own food, cake, and decorations
