Four Injured in Violent Rollover Crash on Rural Pickaway County Road

Deercreek Township, Pickaway County — A single-vehicle rollover crash sent four people to the hospital with suspected serious and minor injuries on December 15, 2025, along County Road 111.

According to the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office, a 2009 teal Chevrolet Tahoe, driven by 26-year-old Dillon Conner Stewart of Frankfort, was traveling southeast when it veered off the left side of the roadway and rolled multiple times.

Two occupants were ejected from the SUV, while a third was entrapped and required extrication. The fourth passenger remained in the vehicle.

All four were transported to Berger Hospital by multiple EMS agencies, including Circleville EMS, Wades EMS, and Pickaway Township EMS.

The occupants were identified as:

  • Driver: Dillon Conner Stewart, 26
  • Dedra Ann Stump, 34, of Lancaster (owner of the vehicle)
  • Kathleen Marie Burnham, 27, of Lancaster
  • Chyna Marie Fosnaugh, 24, of Lancaster

The Tahoe sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene by Amnesty Towing.

The crash occurred shortly after 1:10 p.m. under cloudy daylight conditions on snowy roads. Deputies noted the contributing circumstance as driving off the road, with an estimated speed of 46 mph in a 50 mph zone.

The incident is under investigation by the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office. No charges have been announced at this time.
