ASHVILLE, Ohio — Excitement is building in Ashville as organizers release the official site map for the season’s first community market, scheduled to take place next Saturday, April 18.
The market, which features a diverse lineup of nearly 30 local vendors, will be situated near the local park’s stage and concession areas. To ensure a smooth kickoff for both participants and visitors, event coordinators have issued specific logistical guidelines for the opening day.
Vendor Lineup and Layout
The newly released map showcases a vibrant array of local businesses, ranging from artisan crafts to specialty foods. Attendees can look forward to visiting booths such as:
- River’s Coffee House and Sourdough Girl for morning treats.
- County Line Meats and Frisch Family Farms for local produce and proteins.
- Toadily Handmade, Beaded by Peighton, and Dawn Renee Resin for unique handcrafted gifts.
A dedicated food truck area and a live performance stage are also central to the market’s layout.

Important Logistics for Saturday
Organizers are asking all vendors and early-arriving visitors to pay close attention to traffic and parking flow to avoid congestion:
- Entry Point: All vehicles must enter the park via Walnut Street. Access will not be permitted through the Station Street entrance.
- Unloading & Parking: Following setup, vendors are instructed to move their vehicles to the Ashville Elementary parking lot. Grass parking may be available depending on the local baseball schedule.
- Safety Standards: Vendors are reminded to double-check that their setups, including tent weight and wind ratings, comply with the event’s safety guidelines.
“We are looking forward to seeing everyone,” organizers shared in an update to participants. “It’s going to be a great start to the season.”
For those with remaining questions regarding space assignments or safety requirements, the market coordinator is currently accepting direct messages.
