
LANCASTER, OH – The Fairfield County Municipal Court has released its criminal disposition records for the week of June 30 to July 4, 2025, detailing various offenses and penalties across the region.
Several individuals faced charges ranging from theft to domestic violence. Mikayla Swann, 24, of Columbus, was fined $25 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 154 days suspended, for a misdemeanor 1 theft charge dated April 24, 2023. Krishana E. Vance, 35, of Canal Winchester, received a $25 fine and 30 days in jail (fully suspended) for a misdemeanor 4 menacing charge on June 15, 2025. Erich Kuhns, 57, of Baltimore, was fined $25 for a misdemeanor 3 trespassing offense on February 29, 2025.
Animal-related violations were also noted. Tiffany M. Stout, 32, of Lancaster, and Patricia M. McAfee, 67, of Lancaster, each received $25 fines for dog-at-large confinement violations on February 27 and June 24, 2025, respectively.
Repeat offender Zackery C. Cooper, 57, of Groveport, faced multiple charges. He was fined $25 with 180 days in jail (170 suspended) for a misdemeanor 1 domestic violence charge on March 23, 2025, and another $25 fine (fully suspended) with 170 days in jail (170 suspended) for violating a temporary protection order on June 21, 2025.
Carlos O. Benitez, 18, of Columbus, was fined $75 and sentenced to 180 days in jail for a misdemeanor 1 unlawful sexual conduct with a minor charge on February 27, 2025. Jenna C. Mounts, 36, of Lancaster, received a $25 fine and 30 days in jail (fully suspended) for a misdemeanor 4 criminal trespass charge on July 1, 2025.
