CIRCLEVILLE, OH – Coffee and donut lovers will soon have a new stop during their shopping trips, as Dunkin’ Donuts is set to open inside the Circleville Walmart at 1470 South Court Street. Dunkin’s had been rumored to come to Pickaway County for several years now, but they couldn’t find the perfect space until now.
The new addition will occupy the space next to the in-store Subway restaurant and is expected to be retrofitted and open later this month. The move brings one of America’s most popular coffee and breakfast chains directly to local Walmart shoppers.
While the Circleville location’s specific promotions have not yet been announced, Dunkin’ stores inside Walmart locations typically feature familiar deals — including daily free hot or iced coffee offers for Walmart+ members, app-based rewards, and the $5 Meal Deal featuring a medium coffee and two Wake-Up Wraps. Some location-based discounts, such as senior specials, may vary.
The pairing of coffee, donuts, and retail convenience is expected to enhance the shopping experience for customers — and perhaps inspire a few jokes about whether Walmart might soon need to add cup holders to its carts.
The new Dunkin’ marks another step in Walmart’s growing trend of offering national food and beverage chains inside its stores to give shoppers more on-the-go options.
