Circleville Police Respond to Series of Calls on October 28

CIRCLEVILLE — The Circleville Police Department handled a variety of incidents across the city on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, ranging from domestic disputes and traffic stops to accidents and welfare checks, according to the department’s daily media log.

Officers conducted multiple extra patrols throughout the early morning hours on streets including North Court Street, Atwater Avenue, Bolens Avenue, East Franklin Street, and West Main Street — all of which checked okay.

At 7:15 a.m., officers responded to an injury accident on North Court Street, where a report was taken. Later in the morning, police handled a domestic disturbance on Highland Avenue at 9:35 a.m., and another on North Court Street at 10:52 a.m. Both resulted in reports being filed.

Additional calls throughout the day included a trespassing complaint on South Court Street, a non-injury crash on West Main Street, and a theft report on South Court Street.

Officers also responded to several juvenile-related calls, including reports of unruly or suspicious behavior on Georgia Road, North Court Street, and Sycamore Drive — though most were either resolved before arrival or deemed unfounded.

During the evening hours, officers conducted multiple traffic stops on South Washington Street, East Main Street, and South Court Street, issuing warnings in each case. They also responded to a domestic trouble call on Georgia Road at 7:01 p.m.

Police wrapped up the night with well-being checks on Atwater Avenue and East Franklin Street, both of which checked okay, and served civil process paperwork just after 11 p.m.

In total, 35 incidents were logged for the day, reflecting a steady workload of patrol activity, community calls, and routine enforcement throughout Circleville.
