
CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — December 3, 2025 — The Circleville Police Department handled a steady stream of calls on Tuesday, December 2, ranging from injury crashes and well-being checks to neighbor disputes and 911 hang-ups, according to the department’s daily call-for-service report.
Early Morning Activity
The day began with officers conducting extra patrol on North Court Street at 12:25 a.m., followed shortly by an injury accident on Winchester Southern Road just after 5:28 a.m. Emergency crews handled the situation on scene without transporting anyone to the hospital.
Minutes later, officers responded to a disabled vehicle on East Ohio Street and conducted a warrant check on Lancaster Pike, both of which were cleared without issue.
Calls Through the Morning
Throughout the morning, police handled several routine calls, including:
- Extra patrol on Walnut Street
- An injury accident on Lancaster Pike, where a report was taken
- A 911 hang-up and threats/harassment complaint on Second Avenue (no report taken)
- A well-being check on North Court Street, where the subject was gone on arrival
- An animal complaint on North Scioto Street
- Neighbor trouble on Second Avenue, determined to be a civil matter
- A 911 hang-up on Nicholas Drive
Afternoon: Parking Issues and Neighbor Disputes
Officers responded to multiple parking complaints on Fairview Boulevard and North Court Street, neither requiring further action.
