CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — The Circleville Police Department had an exceptionally active Thursday, responding to 52 calls for service on March 19, 2026. While many in the community were out enjoying “Free Cone Day” at the local Dairy Queen, officers were busy handling a spectrum of calls from felony investigations to late-night arrests.
The day concluded with a significant arrest just before midnight, as officers took an individual into custody for Public Intoxication on E. Mound Street at 11:51 PM.
