INDIANAPOLIS — Circleville native and longtime NFL scout Andy Dengler was recognized for his decades of contributions to professional football scouting during the annual @InsideTheLeague Scouting Seminar held in conjunction with the NFL Scouting Combine.

Dengler, currently a senior national scout for the Las Vegas Raiders, received the 2026 C.O. Brocato Memorial Award for Lifetime Service to NFL Scouting. The honor is presented annually to an individual who has demonstrated long-term excellence and dedication to the scouting profession.

The award is named after the late C.O. Brocato, a longtime scout for the Houston Oilers and Tennessee Titans, and recognizes outstanding commitment to the evaluation and development of NFL talent.

Dengler brings more than 30 years of scouting experience to the league. He began his career with National Football Scouting from 1995 to 1998 before spending 23 years (1998–2021) in the front office of the Jacksonville Jaguars, serving in multiple roles. In 2022, he joined the Raiders organization, where he continues his work evaluating talent at the national level.

The Circleville, Ohio native now joins a distinguished list of past recipients that includes Chuck Cook of the Washington Commanders (2025), Scott DiStefano of the Denver Broncos (2024), Jeremiah Davis of the New York Giants (2023), Mark Gorscak of the Pittsburgh Steelers (2022), Alonzo Highsmith of the New England Patriots (2021) and Jeff Shiver of the Chicago Bears (2020).

Dengler’s recognition at one of the league’s premier offseason events highlights a career defined by dedication, talent evaluation and long-standing service to the NFL.
