Main St., where a woman was found passed out in a silver van.

Bowman Rd./W. 5th St. for an operator license violation (investigation ongoing), 3:49 p.m. on Ewing St. for driving under suspension, drug paraphernalia, and possession, 11:24 p.m. on E.
