
CHILLICOTHE, OH — The Chillicothe Police Department released its daily media report for October 31, detailing several incidents officers handled throughout the previous day, October 30, 2025. The calls ranged from traffic and crash investigations to reports of disorderly conduct and a sexual imposition complaint.
The day began early when officers stopped a vehicle on North High Street at 7:24 a.m. for reportedly running a red light. The investigation into that incident remains pending.
Later that morning, around 12:33 p.m., detectives assisted in a case involving permitting drug abuse on North Paint Street, where a premises was allegedly used in connection with felony activity.
Officers were dispatched to Sherman Park at 1:13 p.m. following reports of disorderly conduct. That investigation is ongoing.
Shortly afterward, police responded to multiple property-related complaints. Calls came in from Woodbridge Avenue, Marietta Road, and South Paint Street between 1:55 p.m. and 4:13 p.m. for reports involving criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and burglary. Each of those cases remains under investigation.

At 4:39 p.m., officers responded to a traffic crash involving a driver allegedly failing to yield while making a left turn. No injuries were reported in the initial release.
Later in the day, around 5:00 p.m., officers were called to 326 Clay Street after receiving a report of an individual making suicidal threats.
A more serious call came in at 6:07 p.m., when officers were dispatched again to Sherman Park to investigate a juvenile sexual imposition complaint. That case remains under active investigation.
The evening concluded with a disorderly conduct and resisting arrest incident at 311 East Second Street around 8:54 p.m., where officers responded to what was described as a behavioral emergency involving an intoxicated individual.
The Chillicothe Police Department documented a total of 10 reports on October 30. Several investigations are still ongoing.
