Early Morning Activity
Just after midnight, officers stopped two individuals riding bicycles without proper lighting on Columbus Street. The encounter led to the discovery of an outstanding warrant and drug paraphernalia. Minutes later, a traffic stop on E. 8th Street resulted in a citation for driving under suspension and a lighting equipment violation. Another citation was issued shortly after 5 a.m. on Mill Street for an expired plate.
At 5:31 a.m., officers served a warrant at the Ross County Jail. Throughout the morning, patrols continued traffic enforcement, with stops involving violations such as no motorcycle endorsement and failure to obey traffic control signals.

The individual was cited for multiple infractions, including failure to use headlights, disobeying traffic control devices, and operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI). That investigation remains active.
