Chillicothe Police Respond to Diverse Incidents on October 31

On October 31, 2025, the Chillicothe Police Department documented 20 cases across the city, responding to both routine and more serious calls throughout the day.

  • In the early morning, officers answered a complaint of criminal trespass at a business on North Bridge Street, followed soon after by warrants issued and a report of disorderly conduct involving an intoxicated individual creating risk of harm on West Water Street and North Paint Street.
  • Later, reports of suspicious persons, disorderly conduct, and unruly juveniles led officers to multiple addresses, such as Brownell Street, Plyleys Lane, and Woodland Heights complexes, where investigations remained ongoing.
  • Several theft complaints occurred throughout the day, spanning Jackson Avenue, South Mulberry Street, and North Bowman Road, as well as incidents of tampering with evidence during a burglary on North Bridge Street.
