
CHILLICOTHE, OH — The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 21 incidents on Monday, October 6, 2025, including multiple reports of trespassing, disorderly conduct, traffic violations, and warrant arrests, according to the department’s daily media report.
Officers began the morning with a pair of criminal trespassing complaints — one at Speedway on North Bridge Street and another at Sack N Save on East Main Street. Both cases remain under investigation.
A neighbor dispute on East Fourth Street led to a report of disorderly conduct involving taunting or insulting behavior, while another call later in the morning brought officers to Marietta Road near Lowe’s for a non-injury traffic crash.
Around 9:15 a.m., officers began investigating a telecommunications harassment complaint on East Second Street, and later that morning, police were contacted by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) regarding a juvenile investigation.
Throughout the late morning, officers handled multiple disorderly conduct and domestic calls, including incidents on South Mulberry Street, South Walnut Street (Tiffin Towers), and Sherman Park. Another report from Poland Park involved a fight among individuals described as homeless, with that investigation ongoing.
In the afternoon, officers responded to an assault involving juveniles on Stacey Road, and a vandalism complaint on North Sugar Street. Several traffic-related stops were also conducted, resulting in citations for expired registration and failure to obey traffic signals.
A juvenile complaint on North Brownell Street and a trespassing complaint at McArthur Gardens were both under investigation at the time of the report.
Officers also made two warrant arrests—one following coordination with Greenfield Police, and another involving a transfer of custody from Circleville Police.
A late-night traffic stop on Water Street revealed a vehicle displaying fictitious plates that belonged to a different car. The driver, Tiara Hambrick-Driggs, and passenger, James Thomas, were both found to have invalid driver’s licenses, and the vehicle was towed.
In total, the Chillicothe Police Department logged 21 incidents for the day, ranging from minor disputes to active criminal investigations.
