The day began at 2:03 AM with a domestic dispute reported at 530 Arch Street, Apartment 18, classified as disorderly conduct, with the investigation continuing. At 7:01 AM, officers responded to a welfare check on a male lying on the sidewalk at 65 N. Paint Street, involving intoxicated disorderly conduct posing a risk of harm, with the case still active. A more serious incident unfolded at 9:48 AM at 61 N. Bridge Street, where a complaint led to charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and aggravated menacing, with the investigation ongoing.
Domestic issues persisted with a dispatch to Akron St. at 10:10 AM, while a non-criminal civil matter was addressed at the Law Complex on Pohlman Rd. at 12:21 PM.
