Officers responded to a trespass report at the Walmart-Woodforest National Bank location, where they encountered the suspect in the parking lot. Dispatch confirmed an active Chillicothe Police Department warrant for a probation violation and a prior ban from the store for theft. The suspect was handcuffed, placed in a patrol car, and later transported to Ross County Jail, where she was booked on charges including probation violation, criminal trespass, and three counts of theft. She was served with her warrant and informed of a court date set for Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 9:00 AM, before being left in the custody of jail staff.
