CHILLICOTHE, OH — Chillicothe Police arrested a man on an active warrant while he was filming a TikTok video at Valero on 228 S. Bridge Street on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 7:46 PM EDT, according to a report.
Officers were dispatched to the location following a suspicious person report. Upon arrival, they identified the individual as Donta Thompson, who was creating social media content. A quick check revealed an active warrant for Thompson’s arrest issued by the Ross County Dog Warden for a K9 at large violation. Thompson was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Chillicothe Police Department, and issued a summons to appear in Chillicothe Municipal Court on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
