Multiple traffic stops were made throughout the city, resulting in citations for driving under suspension, failure to obey traffic signals, and improper operation at stop signs. Ongoing Investigations:
Officers are continuing to investigate reports of theft, menacing, and unruly juvenile behavior. One case involves a stolen credit card used in Chillicothe that is tied to a broader theft investigation in Pike County. Another report from the Ross County Public Library involved a theft without consent.

Disorderly Conduct and Public Safety Calls:
Police were dispatched to multiple incidents involving disorderly conduct. One man was reported running shirtless and shouting for help in the area of Douglas Avenue and Toledo Street before fleeing. Another call at South Brownell Street involved a report of a physical altercation, and yet another on Allen Avenue involved alleged threats.

Non-Criminal Reports:
Police also responded to non-criminal matters including a found wallet at a drive-thru, a custody dispute on South Watt Street, and a trespassing complaint on North Bridge Street.

Vehicle-Related Incidents:
In addition to crashes, officers impounded an abandoned red Pontiac Aztek parked on the sidewalk near 6th and Bellview with flat tires. The vehicle was not reported stolen.
