The child, approximately 2 feet 6 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray pants. No vehicle is associated with the disappearance.
Authorities have identified Kristin Bailey, a 5-foot-3-inch Black female weighing 220 pounds, as a suspect. Bailey was last seen wearing a gray shirt, jeans with holes in the legs, and sandals.
