CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — In celebration of the nation’s upcoming semiquincentennial, Jack Pine Studio has announced a limited-edition run of hand-blown glass pumpkins that will be sold during the 119th Circleville Pumpkin Show, with proceeds benefiting local veterans.

Only 250 of the patriotic “America 250th Anniversary” glass pumpkins are being created for the festival, featuring red, white, and blue designs topped with a coiled glass stem. Prices for the collectible pieces start at $150, and purchases are limited to two pumpkins per customer.

Ten percent of all proceeds from the “America 250th” glass pumpkin sales will be donated directly to Ohio Veterans First.

Staggered Release Schedule

To give festivalgoers multiple opportunities to acquire one of the 250 pieces, Jack Pine Studio is releasing the pumpkins in batches throughout the week at their booth, located at the corner of Main Street and Pickaway Street in downtown Circleville:

  • Tuesday, Oct. 20 (Preview Night):
    • 100 pumpkins stocked at 3:00 p.m.
    • 50 additional pumpkins stocked at 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Oct. 21 – Saturday, Oct. 24:
    • 25 pumpkins stocked each morning at 10:00 a.m.

Jack Pine Studio noted that standard coupons will not apply to the special edition piece due to its limited nature and charitable contribution.
