CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Circleville man wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant was taken into custody by Chillicothe police Tuesday night following a routine patrol observation.
Billy Jo Greeno was spotted by an officer around 9:05 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2026, walking near the intersection of East Water Street and North Bridge Street. Knowing Greeno had an active warrant, the officer confirmed the status through dispatch before making contact and taking him into custody without incident.
Greeno was arrested on an active Pickaway County warrant stemming from theft charges, along with underlying allegations involving criminal trespassing, menacing, and arson in Circleville.
Following the arrest, Chillicothe police transported Greeno to the Pickaway County line, where he was transferred into the custody of the Circleville Police Department.
