KINGSTON, Ohio — A new, hands-on shopping experience is coming to Ross County. Local wellness and specialty retailer Cin-Energy LLC has announced the grand opening of its unique crystal and metaphysical shop, located in the heart of Kingston.
The grand opening celebration will kick off on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the shop’s new storefront at 6 Ford Street.

More Than Just a Retail Store
Cin-Energy LLC specializes in ethically sourced crystals from across the globe, catering to serious collectors, interior design enthusiasts, and those looking for metaphysical tools. However, owners say the storefront is designed to be much more than a traditional retail space.
To bring a fun, educational element to the community, the shop features interactive, all-ages stations, including:
- In-Shop Gem Mine Sluice: Visitors can experience the rush of panning for their own hidden gems.
- Geode Cracking Station: Guests can select whole geodes and watch them cracked open live to reveal the crystals hidden inside for the very first time.
The shop will also utilize its indoor gem mining setup to host unique children’s birthday parties and private events.
Grand Opening Highlights
The public is invited to attend the May 30 festivities, which will feature several exclusive opening-day activities and promotions:
- Official Ribbon-Cutting: The celebration begins promptly at 1:00 p.m.
- Hands-on Activities: Live geode cracking demonstrations and access to the gem mining sluice.
- Opening Day Specials: Exclusive discounts on inventory throughout the afternoon.
- Tarot Readings: The shop will feature a $10 introductory Tarot reading special for attendees.
“We’re excited to bring something truly unique to Kingston,” said the team at Cin-Energy LLC in a statement. “Our goal is to provide not only beautiful crystals from around the world, but also a fun, educational, and engaging experience for our community.”
