

LUCASVILLE, Ohio — One of Southern Ohio’s premier outdoor markets is back as the Lucasville Trade Days prepares to kick off its 2026 season this weekend. The “Spring Event” will transform the Scioto County Fairgrounds into a bustling hub of commerce and community from April 24 through April 26.
Whether you are a seasoned collector looking for rare antiques, a hobbyist seeking livestock, or just a family looking for a unique weekend outing, Trade Days promises something for everyone across three jam-packed days.
Know Before You Go: Dates & Times
The spring event officially begins Friday afternoon and runs through Sunday.
- Friday, April 24 (Early Bird): Office opens at 11:00 a.m.; Vendors allowed in at noon. Early bird shoppers can enter starting at 3:00 p.m.
- Saturday, April 25: Open to the public from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, April 26: Open to the public from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Scioto County Fairgrounds (1193 Fairground Rd, Lucasville, OH 45648). Note: While the office is based in Xenia, the event is held exclusively at the fairgrounds in Lucasville.

Admission and Parking
Organizers are keeping the event affordable for local families:
- General Admission: $8 per person (Friday–Sunday).
- Children: Kids 12 and under are FREE.
- Parking: FREE on all Fairground lots (subject to availability).
Important Attendee Reminders
To ensure a smooth event for everyone, the Lucasville Trade Days board and the Scioto County Fair Board have noted several key changes and rules for 2026:
🚫 NO SNAKES ALLOWED: Per the Scioto County Fair Board, no snakes are permitted on the fairgrounds for carrying, sale, trade, or any other reason.
🏛️ BUILDING CHANGE: The Commercial Building is no longer available for use. Please consult the updated space layout at the grounds to find your favorite vendors.
