CIRCLEVILLE, OH — A driver has been cited following a three-vehicle collision on North Court Street Friday afternoon that left one person with possible injuries and disrupted traffic for nearly an hour.
The accident occurred at approximately 2:00 p.m. on April 3, 2026, just north of the intersection with Pinckney Street.

Officer Hunter Bolt cited Howard for Operation without being in reasonable control of a vehicle (ORC 4511.202A).
