CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — Circleville firefighters successfully contained a structure fire that threatened a home on Fairview Boulevard on Tuesday night.
At approximately 9:20 p.m., crews were dispatched to the 100 block of Fairview Boulevard after reports of a large fire. Upon arrival, firefighters found a shed fully engulfed in flames, with the fire beginning to spread toward the adjacent residence.
Thanks to swift action, the fire was quickly extinguished, preventing any damage to the interior of the home. Search and rescue operations were carried out simultaneously, and no injuries were reported among the occupants or firefighters.
The Circleville Fire Department extended thanks to the Pickaway Township Fire Department for their assistance at the scene.
