Chillicothe, Ohio – Homeland Credit Union is pleased to announce the purchase of property on Western
Avenue, near the Coppel Athletic Complex, marking an important step in the expanding access and
convenience for members on the western side of Ross County.
Since opening our stand-alone ATM near the Homeland Credit Union Cavalier Athletic Center in 2020,
Homeland Credit Union has seen a steady growth and engagement from our members on the West side of Chillicothe with requests for a branch. This increased demand has highlighted the need for expanded services in the area, prompting the Credit Union to invest in property that will support future growth and member accessibility.
“Our mission has always been to meet our members where they are,” said Heather Irwin, VP of Member
Services “Over the past several years, we’ve seen a clear and growing need for financial services on the west side of the county. This property purchase allows us to thoughtfully plan for how we can better serve our members now and into the future.”
The Western Avenue property allows for member services in a new area and allows for ease of access for
members exiting US Highway 35, Veterans Parkway and Route 50. Our long-term commitment to our
members guides future expansion and fuels the Credit Union’s dedication to providing trusted, local financial services.
Additional details will be shared as plans for this property progress. Please monitor the Homeland Credit
Union website (homelandcu.com) and social media outlets for future updates.
