CIRCLEVILLE — A new Bojangles restaurant is under construction on South Court Street, next to McDonald’s, with plans to open between spring and summer 2026.
Bojangles is best known for its Southern-style fried chicken, buttermilk biscuits, and Legendary Sweet Tea, along with breakfast options that often feature their popular chicken biscuits. The chain has developed a loyal following for its bold Cajun-inspired flavors and freshly prepared Southern staples.

Menu highlights expected at the Circleville location include:
- Cajun Filet Biscuit: Spicy, hand-breaded chicken breast on a fresh biscuit, served all day.
- Bo-Berry Biscuits: Sweet dessert biscuits with baked-in blueberries and a sugar glaze.
- Chicken Supremes: Boneless chicken tenders popular for lunch and dinner, served with dipping sauces.
- Bo-Tato Rounds: Seasoned, crispy hashbrowns, a breakfast favorite.
- Dirty Rice and Cajun Pintos: Signature sides featuring Cajun seasonings, part of the chain’s “Fixin’s.”

Other traditional Southern sides on the menu include seasoned fries, creamy coleslaw, green beans, macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, grits, and Cajun gravy. Offerings may vary slightly by location, and a full menu is available on Bojangles’ official website.
The new Circleville location is expected to bring both breakfast and lunch/dinner options for fans of comforting Southern cuisine with a Cajun twist.
