Chillicothe Police Respond to Multiple Incidents on November 10

CHILLICOTHE, OH — November 11, 2025 — The Chillicothe Police Department responded to several incidents on Monday, November 10, according to the department’s daily media log.

At approximately 4:40 a.m., officers were dispatched to Hildegarten Street for a report of disorderly conduct. Following an investigation, Michael Hessler was barred from both Pilot at 1111 E. Main Street and 92 Hildegarten Street. No criminal charges were filed.

Later that morning, officers responded to 693 Adams Avenue at 6:59 a.m. for a complaint, which remains under investigation. Around 7:13 a.m., officers handled a crash on South Bridge Street, and a separate ACDA (Assured Clear Distance Ahead) crash report was taken near North Paint Street at 1:43 p.m.

At 11:58 a.m., a theft complaint was reported at 423 Charles Street, while officers also investigated a hit-skip crash later in the day.

In another incident, police served a warrant at 95 E. Main Street (Municipal Court) to Lars Olsson for a bond revocation related to a previous telephone harassment case. Olsson had already posted bond and was served a copy of the warrant.

Finally, at 5:47 p.m., officers responded to a drug complaint on East 7th Street. That case also remains under investigation.

In total, Chillicothe Police documented nine incidents throughout the day, ranging from minor crashes to theft and disorderly conduct complaints.
