CIRCLEVILLE, OH — The Pickaway County Park District is inviting families to enjoy a spooky but kid-friendly evening at Canal Park during its upcoming “Parks After Dark: Ghost Stories” event on Saturday, October 11, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The evening will feature ghost stories told at the park’s accessible shelter house, followed by s’mores and a short night hike along a gravel and grass path. The event will conclude with a fun nocturnal activity perfect for all ages.
Organizers encourage participants to dress for outdoor conditions and be prepared for a brief hike. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required, and the event will be canceled in case of inclement weather.
