
LANCASTER, OH — The Fairfield County Municipal Court has released its criminal disposition records for the week of September 29 to October 3, 2025. The following individuals faced various charges, with details including violations, fines, jail time, and suspended sentences.
Jeffery A. Widner, of 729 Harrison Ave., Lancaster, was charged with a violation of a protection order (TPO) on September 25, 2025. He received a $25 fine, 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended, and an additional 180 days of OL suspension. A second case against Widner on the same date and address resulted in identical penalties.
Raymond Booock, of 5263 Inch Ct. N, Columbus, faced a criminal trespass charge on June 20, 2024, receiving a $25 fine and 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended.
Autumn Kay (Autumn Rands), of 236 W. Vencer St., Baltimore, was charged with dog at large/confinement on June 20, 2024, and received a $25 fine with no jail time reported.

Timothy J. Slezak, of 114 Oakwood Rd., Columbus, was charged with theft on May 1, 2025, receiving an $85 fine and no jail time reported.
