Pickaway County, OH – Emergency crews responded to a serious crash on SR-56 near 6651 SR-56 West, where a motorcyclist was struck by a vehicle around 4:00 p.m. today.
According to early reports, the motorcyclist was off the bike at the time of the vehicle strike.
The motorcyclist was reportedly unresponsive at the scene when first responders arrived. After an attempt on CPR emergency squads called for a coroner.
Authorities are asking drivers to avoid the area while emergency personnel work to secure the scene and process the scene and investigation. Most likely, the area will be shut down for some time.
