CIRCLEVILLE, OH — The 7 Mile Bluegrass Festival is tuning up for another unforgettable weekend of music, community, and charity, returning to the Pickaway Agriculture & Event Center July 24–26, 2025. Now in its second year at the Circleville venue, the festival brings together more than 20 bluegrass acts and a shared mission of supporting local veterans in need.

What began as a grassroots fundraiser has blossomed into one of the region’s most anticipated summer gatherings. Festivalgoers can look forward to high-energy performances, heartfelt harmonies, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes the event feel like a family reunion—complete with fiddles, food, and fellowship.

Headlining Acts Include:

  • Lonesome River Band
  • Lorraine Jordan & Carolina Road
  • The Little Roy & Lizzy Show
  • Larry Efaw & The Bluegrass Mountaineers
  • 7 Mile Bluegrass Band (festival hosts and namesake)

The festivities begin with a casual Wednesday night jam session, followed by a full slate of performances from Thursday through Saturday.

Admission is donation-based: attendees are asked to bring at least six nonperishable food or personal care items to benefit Veterans in Transition and the Chillicothe VA. It’s a feel-good way to enjoy great music while supporting those who served.

On-site camping with electric and water hookups is available throughout the event, while nearby hotels in Circleville provide additional options for overnight stays. Visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, enjoy festival fare, and soak up the sounds under the summer sky.

The Pickaway County Visitors Bureau is once again a proud promotional partner of the event. For more on camping, daily lineups, or festival details, visit 7milebluegrass.com or contact Billy Self at (740) 701-0834.
