The New Holland Police Department hosted its “COPS & KIDS” Fishing Tournament at the New Holland Park pond on July 19, 2025. The event drew 49 enthusiastic young participants, who enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon of fishing and community engagement.
Prizes and Giveaways
The tournament awarded prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place, with 32 new fishing poles given away, along with other exciting prizes. Lunch and drinks were provided to all participants at no charge.
Community Engagement
The event featured responsible adult supervision, and a waiver was required to be signed by a parent or guardian. Additionally, a Car and Bike Show took place at the park during the tournament, adding to the festive atmosphere.
