Big Wins and Close Finishes Highlight Brock Chaney Memorial at Atomic Speedway

CHILLICOTHE, OH (July 12, 2025) — Fans packed the stands at Atomic Speedway Saturday night for the annual Brock Chaney Memorial, a celebration of dirt track racing featuring four divisions and fierce competition across the board.

The marquee event drew drivers from across Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and beyond, with more than 80 cars entered across multiple classes.


Ohio Valley Late Model Dirt Series (25 Laps)

West Virginia’s Zach Milbee proved unstoppable in the Late Models, starting from the pole and never looking back. The Poca West Virgina native took the checkered flag after leading all 25 laps, holding off hard-charger Jacob Curnutte of Lavalette, who climbed six positions to finish second. Rounding out the top three was Lucas McDonald from Good Hope.

Kryptonite RaceCars Modifieds (25 Laps)

Adam Stricker of Batavia, OH, surged from sixth to first to win the Modified feature. He outran Owensboro’s Cole Falloway, while pole-sitter Mitch Thomas of Oakland, MD, faded to third. Travis Dickson of Bidwell also impressed with a six-position gain to finish fourth.

Holdren Construction Sport Mods (15 Laps)

Local favorite Jamey Adams from Laurelville captured the Sport Mod feature, climbing from third to first in the quick 15-lap shootout. Athens driver Zach Carr held steady in second, while Reed Bishop of Bidwell gained four spots to finish third.

IMCA RaceSaver 305 Sprint Cars (20 Laps)

Wyatt Justice of Stoutsville, OH, delivered a thrilling win in the 305 Sprint feature after starting sixth. He held off a charge from Caleb Coffman and Dylan Troyer, both of whom made big gains during the 20-lap race.
