
CHILLICOTHE, OH – The Chillicothe Police Department released its daily media report for Wednesday, June 18, 2025, detailing 19 incidents handled throughout the day, as compiled at 9:09 AM EDT on Thursday, June 19, 2025. The cases span from arrests and criminal activity to non-criminal complaints, with several investigations ongoing.
The day began with an arrest on a warrant at 3:22 a.m. on Diehl St. following a citizen contact. Multiple non-criminal parking issues were reported, including calls at 7:52 a.m. and 8:12 a.m. on N. Hickory St., 8:58 a.m. on E. Water St., 10:16 a.m. on Arch St., 11:06 a.m. on N. High St., and 12:42 p.m. on Eastern Ave. An erroneous report was issued at 10:00 a.m. on W. Water St.
Criminal activity included a criminal trespass investigation at 10:09 a.m. at the Speedway gas station on N. Bridge St., with the case ongoing. At 2:56 p.m., officers responded to National Church Residences on University Dr. for criminal mischief, and another trespass complaint was reported at 4:24 p.m. at Sam’s Club on N. Bridge St., both with investigations continuing. Disorderly conduct calls were noted at 2:30 p.m. at Undisputed Barber Shop on W. Main St. and 8:17 p.m. at 94 W. Main St. involving a fight or threat, with the latter pending further inquiry.

An assault case at 8:23 p.m. on N. Brownell St. and a drug overdose at 9:44 p.m. on Monroe Ave. are still under investigation. Other incidents included an accident report at 2:36 p.m. on E. 2nd St. and a non-criminal argument between a mother and daughter at 8:52 p.m. on Winona Blvd. A theft by intimidation was reported at 10:06 p.m. on Lincoln Ave., stemming from an incident at 397 E. Seventh St., with the case ongoing.
