COMMERCIAL POINT, OH — The 96th Annual Commercial Point Homecoming Festival, hosted by the Commercial Point Men’s Club, will bring four days of family-friendly fun to Pickaway County from Wednesday, June 11, to Saturday, June 14, 2025, starting at 4:00 PM EDT each day.. Held at 26 W. Scioto St., the festival promises thrilling rides, games, food, a beer garden, and free entertainment for all ages.
Since 1927, this cherished event has united the community with highlights like Public Safety Day—featuring Touch-A-Truck, a vehicle extrication demonstration, hands-only CPR classes, and a cornhole tournament—and Family Day with $15 ride wristbands. Entertainment includes the Magic Nate Magic Show, showcasing Central Ohio’s premier magician with over 25 years of experience, and a performance by the Naked Karate Girls, known as the “Best Party in the Galaxy” with 12+ professional musicians.
The festival kicks off Wednesday at 7:00 PM with the Homecoming Queen contest, followed by karaoke with Lisa from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The beer garden and midway rides (wristbands $22) run from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, alongside a fish stand until 9:00 PM. Contests continue with the Jr Queen (ages 9-13) and Little Miss/Mister (ages 5-8) on Thursday, June 12, at 6:30 PM, and the Baby Contest on Friday, June 13, at 5:00 PM, all at the Shelterhouse Stage.
Sponsors include Hill’s Agra-Tech Services, Ohio Health Berger Hospital, Pettit’s Market, Pickaway County Banking Center, Pickaway County Veterans Services, Buckeye City Motorsports, and K-Nova. Volunteers are needed for setup and cleanup, with applications open until June 9. Homecoming Queen applications (ages 14-18) close June 6, with interviews on June 8. Parking is available at Scioto Elementary and West Middle School lots.
