Vinton County OH- On Thursday, February 20, 2020, the Vinton County Sheriff’s Office received information that individuals with arrest warrants were located at a residence on State Route 327 in Eagle Twp. Deputies arrived and were able to receive probable cause to believe the individuals were located in the residence. Entry was made, and 2 wanted individuals were taken into custody.
Bernie Rossiter age 31 of Laurelville was arrested on a nationwide warrant out of Franklin County for Robbery, and Carly Hinton age 28 of Laurelville was arrested on a warrant out of Ross County for Theft. Hinton was remanded to the custody of Ross County Sheriff’s Office and Rossiter was taken to South Eastern Ohio Regional Jail to await extradition .
