CIRCLEVILLE – Around 830 pm a 911 call came into Circleville Police Department on a report of a car accident at the intersection of Pontius Lane and Moats Rd.
According to police The White Blazer was heading westbound on Pontius Lane and failed to yield to traffic and attempted to turn left onto Gale ct. and pulled in front of the grey Mazda Protege causing a crash. The one person in the Blazer was unhurt, five people were inside the Protege and two where injured and sent to Ohio Health Berger with injuries.
Pontius Lane was shut down for about 45 minutes. Police reported that everyone was wearing seatbelts at time of the crash.
Circleville Police and Circleville Fire/EMS responded.
