USA – A online argument has raged for more than a year, do we change Halloween to the last Saturday on October? Some parents are for it calling it safter due to having more parents home, and kids not having to trick or treat late and have to go to school the next day. Others argue that Halloween should always be celebrated on the 31st.
Last Friday Snickers took sides and resurfaced the petition and then pledged to give away 1 million candy bars if the date gets changed.

A Thursday Halloween? Not Satisfying. Halloween on the last Saturday of October? Satisfying. If the Fed Govt makes it official, we’ll offer 1 million free SNICKERS to America. Join the petition! https://t.co/EycXXuc0tB
