One of the greatest period of time for those in their teens is the period from Prom and Graduation, until the next school year or when college begins. It is also the most dangerous time. Traffic Safety Advocates call it the “100 Days of Summer”. This period of time is when we often see an increase in motor vehicle crashes and fatalities, especially those who range in the ages of 15 to 19 years.
