ROSS COUNTY – Ross COunty Humane Society is offering a reward for a dog that was found dead in a carrier this morning. This photo was shared in hopes that this poor dog would get the justice he deserves.
Ross County Humane Society is offering a 500 dollar reward for information that will lead to the prosecution of the person or persons who abandoned this dog locked in a carrier on Hospital Rd.
According to the facebook post the small dog was found locked in the carrier deceased this morning. The Society does not have information on how long the dog was there before it died.
